Coldwell Banker Hartung and Noblin, Inc., was established June 1, 2000, by the merger of two of Tallahassee's leading real estate firms. Coldwell Banker Hartung & Associates, Inc., and Millard J. Noblin Realty, Inc. Corporate offices are located at 3303 Thomasville Road. Noblin Realty has served the greater Tallahassee area as an independant brokerage company since 1971. Hartung & Associates, Inc. opened its offices in 1979 and became a affilaite of Coldwell Banker in 1981. In the year 2005, the company accounted for approximately 1,324 transactions and over $293 million in closed sales volume. Coldwell Banker Hartung and Noblin finished the year 2005 in the top 2% of the Coldwell Banker Affiliate offices for closed sales production. The Company's Principals as well as its Sales Associates have a strong record of community involvement. These involvements include memberships and associations with the Tallahassee Area Chamber of Commerce, The Economic Development Council, Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Foundation, Children's Home Society, United Way, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, Leon County Humane Society, Refuge House, Habitat for Humanity, and the Tallahassee Coalition for the Homeless. Principals Chip Hartung and Millard Noblin have served as President of the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS; Noblin in 1975 and Hartung in 1981. Sales Associate Virginia Glass and Anna Gallagher have also served as President of the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS in 1994 and 1997 respectively.
